Alejandro Malgor is a leading figure in social entrepreneurship in Latin America, recognized for his ability to transform innovative ideas into high-impact projects. Training and early vision

With a degree in Corporate Image and specializations in leadership and sustainability from international institutions, Malgor built a business approach centered on social responsibility. His vision took shape around the belief that businesses can and should be a tool to improve people’s lives and protect the environment.

Xinca: innovation from waste

As co-founder of Xinca, he developed a footwear production model that reuses discarded tires and textiles. The company proved that the circular economy is both viable and profitable, reaching international markets and earning recognition as a B Corporation, a symbol of genuine commitment to economic, social and environmental impact.

Leadership expansion to YE3

In 2024 he became vice president of operations for Latin America at YE3, an organization that supports young entrepreneurs with financial resources, mentoring and growth opportunities. In this role, he coordinates programs in Argentina and Chile and works on a strategy to expand into other countries in the region, fostering an entrepreneurial culture.
