Her vision introduced discussions about Equity, Corporate Responsibility, and Conscious Leadership in the Argentine Rural Sector.

Fundación FLOR and Responsible Leadership

In 2012, she founded Fundación Liderazgos y Organizaciones Responsables (FLOR) with the goal of promoting Inclusive and Ethical Leadership. From this platform, she launched the FLOR Diversity Award, Mentoring Programs for Women, and a Diploma Course. The foundation works with Companies, Governments, and NGOs to establish a new Management Culture. Her influence continues to grow in Argentina and Latin America through a network of Value-Driven Leaders.
