The professional action of Prosecutor Ramiro González unfolds along three main axes: his performance as head of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office No. 7 ; his leadership of the Environmental Investigations Prosecutorial Unit (UFIMA) ; and his role as prosecutor with electoral jurisdiction before the Electoral Court of the Capital and the National Electoral Chamber.

In his position at Federal Prosecutor’s Office No. 7, his intervention takes place in the investigative stage, in which he proposes and executes evidentiary measures, receives testimonial statements, analyzes the evidence gathered during the investigation, and eventually proposes the elevation of cases to trial, always acting in accordance with constitutional guarantees. Prosecutor’s Office No. 7 intervenes in cases involving federal crimes, such as drug trafficking and acts against public administration.

The cases in which this unit intervenes are linked to serious environmental impacts, such as industrial spills, the disposal of hazardous waste, or the illegal trade of protected fauna. These actions focus on facts whose criminal classification requires technical evidence, environmental expert opinions, and specific regulatory analysis, always under judicial control.

As prosecutor of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office No. 1 with electoral jurisdiction, he participates in the legal supervision of electoral processes and issues opinions in the first instance and in the second before the National Electoral Chamber. His tasks in this area include the treatment of issues linked to the legal personality of political parties, campaign financing, and compliance with the current electoral regime.
