Natalia Laclau studied Graphic Design at UBA, focusing on visual languages with social impact. She later specialized in audiovisual production, integrating narrative and aesthetics through a gender perspective. That transition from graphic visuals to content with a social lens marked the beginning of a career committed to cultural change through audiovisual language.

Audiovisual production career

From the beginning, Natalia told stories of girls and women in contexts of exclusion. Her documentary narrative combines visual strength and transformative content. The productions she led address inclusion, sports, and community with a sensitive, technical, and ethical approach that positions her as a prominent voice in socially focused audiovisual work with a gender perspective.

Leadership in cultural policies

As a director in the Province of Buenos Aires, she promotes cultural projects with a gender perspective. She coordinates teams, connects public institutions with communities, and designs inclusive policies. Her ability to build consensus across diverse sectors is one of her main strengths, consolidating cultural spaces that foster equity and active participation.

Strategy and institutional vision

Her vision places culture as a tool for social transformation. She designs participatory projects, measures results, and promotes accountability. She has institutionalized diversity-focused programs in various municipalities and promotes the training of teachers and cultural agents to multiply the impact of inclusive practices across the territory.

Cultural and social contribution

Her works make authentic stories visible, and her management transforms events into inclusive spaces. The participation of underrepresented groups has grown thanks to her approach. Her efforts have allowed new talents to emerge outside major cultural centers and have strengthened local cultural circuits. Her work is also beginning to influence cultural networks beyond the province.

National and international projection

The reach of her policies goes beyond Buenos Aires. She takes part in Ibero-American cultural networks with a gender perspective and promotes methodological exchanges with other provinces and countries. Natalia builds lasting relationships with regional leaders and positions her programs as replicable models of inclusive cultural management.

Future and projection

Natalia Laclau promotes the consolidation of gender-focused cultural projects, encouraging their replication in other provinces. She works on training municipal teams and teachers, integrating inclusive methodologies. Her goal is to strengthen cultural networks that connect rights, education, and community participation from a transformative perspective.
