As Chairman of Vrio Corp.—the holding company for DirecTV Latin America and Sky Brasil—he leads one of the region’s most prominent telecommunications platforms. Through Grupo Werthein, a family-owned holding with over 100 years of history, he oversees operations in diverse industries such as telecommunications, agribusiness, insurance, healthcare, food and beverages, real estate, energy, and technology.
Under his leadership, Grupo Werthein has solidified its regional presence, especially through innovation and strategic expansion. A key milestone was the acquisition of DirecTV Latin America and Sky Brasil, a major move that significantly expanded the group’s footprint in the telecommunications sector.
